Unstick circuit board from the battery

  • Find the junction between the electronic circuit and the earbud battery just below it.

  • Using an Opening Pick or a very thin plastic tool, very gently unstick the circuit board from the battery by inserting the Opening Pick between the circuit board and the battery.

  • The circuit board sticks directly to the negative battery terminal with adhesive.

  • Caution: There is a tiny metal contact under the circuit board that makes contact with the battery. Unstick the circuit board gently to avoid damaging this contact.

  • Do not use metal tools in this step as you may short-circuit the battery.

  • Use caution if you decide to heat internal components as the red/white structural plastic will readily deform at low temps.

  • Once the circuit board is unstuck from the battery, lift it up as shown on the third picture to have enough space to remove the battery.

Despega la placa de circuito de la batería.

Encuentra la unión entre el circuito electrónico y la batería del auricular justo debajo del mismo.

Usando una púa de apertura o una herramienta de plástico muy delgada, despega la placa de circuito de la batería con mucho cuidado insertando dicha herramienta entre la placa de circuito y la batería.

La placa de circuito se adhiere directamente al terminal negativo de la batería mediante adhesivo.

Precaución: hay un pequeño contacto de metal debajo de la placa de circuito que hace contacto con la batería. Despega la placa de circuito con cuidado para evitar dañar este contacto.

No utilices herramientas de metal en este paso, ya que podrías provocar un cortocircuito en la batería.

Ten cuidado si decide calentar los componentes internos, ya que el plástico estructural rojo/blanco se deformará fácilmente a bajas temperaturas.

Una vez que la placa de circuito esté despegada de la batería, levántala como se muestra en la tercera imagen para tener suficiente espacio para retirar la batería.
